Located across the street from Hunter Library on the campus of
Western Carolina University, Cullowhee Baptist Church welcomes all
students. We offer students opportunities to practice their
faith within a multi-generational congregation. Many students sing in
our choir, work with our children and youth, participate in our
mission opportunities, and some just join us for worship.

Exam Care Packages. Each semester on the Sunday
before exams, the church family hands out an exam care package to our
college students. We love our college students and know this is a
very stressful time for you. Sunday Morning Bible Study is offered every Sunday
at 10 am in the room directly off the side parking lot. Come by the
front of the church and follow the sidewalk on the cemetery side of the
church. Come right on in the door off the side church parking lot! The
class is taught by one of our dynamic deacons, Dale Galloway.
Wednesday Night Supper. Tired of cafeteria and
fast food? Come eat a delicious home-cooked meal with us on
Wednesday nights at 5:30 pm. Cost? Free for college
students! If you have time, stay for Bible study afterwards which
starts at 6 pm.
Love Children? We Have Job Opportunities For You!
Enthusiastic and caring childcare workers are needed in our
nursery/preschool classrooms on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. If
you are interested, complete an
